We’re Nâu Coffee, a Vietnamese coffee pop-up based in San Francisco, started by two friends who wanted to share the bold, sweet brews we grew up with. We keep it simple and true to tradition with no fancy machines, just phin filters, strong robusta beans, and coffee that takes its time.

Our drinks are fun, approachable, and full of character just kind of like us. We’re not trying to be “fourth wave” or overly serious. We’re here to bring the joy of Vietnamese coffee to the city we love, one red plastic stool and one cup at a time.
